Garching near Munich as part of temporary employment

Your responsibilities

  • You work closely with managers and support them in their leadership tasks, taking into account legal, labor, and collective bargaining regulations
  • Your focus is on recruiting new employees. For this, you develop new marketing strategies and implement them
  • To attract the best talent, you are part of a multistage, structured interview and selection process
  • You are the contact person for all personnelrelated questions and work cooperatively and trustingly with the works council
  • You are responsible for the smooth execution of administrative tasks and work closely with the headquarters in Heidenheim
  • As an interesting addition, you make an important contribution to the further development of HR work in personnel projects. Here, you are responsible for everything from concept development to the implementation of an employee survey

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the HR
