Description
Prestigious Spine Surgery Practice on the Upper East Side is looking to hire all-star administrative professional.

Answers inbound calls in a fast paced environment.

Acts as the first point of contact for patients needing assistance.


Creates and updates patient record, triages calls, sends messages to appropriate team members or schedules based on the needs of the patient.

Demonstrate professionalism and patience when handling calls.

Maintains department productivity levels for customer satisfaction.

Escalates calls to Supervisor or other departments as necessary.

Answers questions regarding patient appointments.

Performs other duties and assists on additional lines as assigned by supervisor.

Adhere established policies, procedures and scripting to consistently achieve call-time and quality standards.

Update and maintain personal copy of staff directory and other resources to ensure accurate dispensing of information.

Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.


Qualifications:


  • 13 years of continuous relevant healthcare experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role at a doctor's office.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Knowledge of SRS, Brickell and EPIC helpful.

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
