Ambulatory care service in Freital is looking for reinforcements

We are currently seeking a team leader (m/f/d) to join our ambulatory care service in Freital as soon as possible.

As part of the Nicole Tobias care service, you will ensure that our clients (m/f/d) have everything they need and receive comprehensive care.

Your responsibilities

Route planning (6 early shifts and 1 late shift) and taking over individual routes for ambulatory care
Shift and vacation planning for 20 employees
Point of contact for employees, family members, clinics, and health insurance companies
Training of new and existing employees
Preparation of offers for health insurance companies
Participation in acquisition activities
Invoice review and approval
Administrative tasks

Your profile

Preferably some experience in ambulatory care, but career changers are also welcome
Proficient in using computers
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Empathetic demeanor
Strong communication
