Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Manager to join our team.

As a Crew Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our crew members and ensuring smooth workflow within the establishment.

This is a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency in our restaurant.


Duties:


  • Manage and supervise crew members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Train new crew members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and customer service standards
  • Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to crew members
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- recieving cash and handle financial transactions accurately from clients directly

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Experience:


  • Previous experience in the moving industry or deliver setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of, cash handling and basic math skills
  • Familiarity with operations and man techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
