Responsibilities:

Assist in the launch of additional technical platforms
Oversee day to day branch operations
Full responsibility for P&L
Maintain and build trusted relationships with vendors and partners
Work autonomously while ensuring coCEOs expectations are readily met
Collaborate with The Leadership Team to continue to improve systems and processes
Take full responsibility for wellbeing of The Leadership Team
Host and lead meetings with The Leadership Team
Lead by example
Protect and uphold morale

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in a management role
Strong leadership, communication, and personal skills
Excellent timemanagement, prioritization, planning and organization skills
Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be aligned with company core values

Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
