Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding our client baseIn this role, you'll craft and execute effective sales strategies, leading a top-performing sales teamKey duties involve recruiting, training, and motivating the team to meet targets, identifying new market opportunities through research, and nurturing strong client and partner relationshipsYour role is pivotal in providing ongoing coaching and support to elevate team performance and productivityYou'll report to the General Management, Chief Operations Management, and/or the Board of DirectorsDriving revenue, gross profit, and net profitability growthOverseeing all sales operationsConducting effective meeting presentations to optimize sales outcomesImplementing and reinforcing approved sales strategies for enhanced profitabilityCultivating positive brand experiences for both employees and customers, fostering loyaltyCollaborating with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns and generate leadsAnalyzing sales performance reports and making timely decisions to boost profitability
