    Position Overview:
    As a key member of the Strategic Marketing team at ODL, the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, MarTech plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through the strategic use of technology.

    This role is responsible for overseeing the product roadmap and managing functional requirements, execution, and performance for marketing technology features across platforms, supporting the global portfolio of ODL brands.

    Collaborating across departments including marketing, sales, development, and with vendor partners and internal stakeholders, the role will be instrumental in defining and overseeing the marketing technology roadmap.

    This includes managing ongoing technical optimizations and implementations of various business systems like CRM, marketing automation, digital asset management (DAMs), Salesforce, Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and other technologies critical for our go-to-market strategies, ensuring our technology stack aligns with our growth objectives.


    Essential Job Functions:


    As part of a 3-5 year product technology roadmap, architect the right marketing and sales enablement technology solutions, ensuring it is properly sized and aligned to user experience and commercial business needs.

    Partner with brand and commercial teams to understand key priorities and ensure platform(s) are equipped to support key priorities and user experiences.

    Lead implementation of marketing technology tools and systems and ensures seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
    Inspire ideation and enablement of technical capabilities with marketing and commercial teams.
    Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between systems, including ERP, CRM, and marketing automation.

    Oversee data collection, storage, and management of data to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer, account, and opportunity data as they relate to sales and marketing.

    Analyze data to derive insights, measure performance, and optimize marketing campaigns for better ROI.Provide training and support to on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting issues to maximize user adoption and efficiency.

    Manage relationships with MarTech vendors, including supporting contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
    Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    Keep abreast of latest trends and developments in marketing technology to continuously improve the organization's MarTech stack and practices.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Candidate Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in marketing technology management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

    Strong understanding of CRM, with Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
    Proven experience with marketing automation systems (ex. Marketo, Pardot/Marketing Cloud; HubSpot preferred).Experience working with digital asset management, product information management, and other marketing technologies.
    Basic SQL, Javascript, and HTML/CSS knowledge; Apex a plusExperience with Oracle Fusion ERP preferred, Oracle CPQ a plus.
    Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industries highly preferredExperience integrating complex business systems.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
    Experience in project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage marketing technology projects from initiation to completion.
    Proven leadership and team management skills to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users at all levels.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
