    Job Description
    The MarTech Specialist role will report to the Sr. Manager, Analytics & MarTech on the E-commerce & Digital Marketing team. This role will help define and drive Marketing Technology operational excellence and adoption of standard capabilities.

    A successful candidate for this role will leverage his or her experience to drive overall program management of Use Case Process & MarTech Integration.

    Assure Legal/Privacy compliance across all MarTech capabilities.

    Act as a bridge builder between Marketing and IT and the mentor for non-technical colleagues who need help navigating ever growing complex MarTech & AdTech landscape.

    Overall the candidate must quickly learn and understand the objectives of our program and its impact on the business.

    You will be working across departments (IT, direct to consumer, marketing, brand), roles (media leaders, digital marketers, data scientists, solution architects) and technology ecosystem (CDP, DMP, DSP, Media Agencies, Publishers).

    The candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, organized self-starter who can work well with a variety of tasks and adapt quickly to different business needs and projects.

    Responsibilities


    • Able to clearly identify business goals and translate that into Marketing Technology objectives & strategies
    • Be the expert on our available marketing technology stack, 1st and 3rd party audience capabilities
    • Establish business processes for the newly established team, including defining operating model, roles and responsibilities, SLAs with key partners, etc. Manage strategic and operational projects
    • Develop compelling and insightful recommendations and lead execution against initiatives quickly and accurately
    • Oversee change initiatives, drive a rigorous approach to change management across our businesses. Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with executive audiences.
    • Work closely with the IT Data and Technology teams, partnering to build, track and execute on annual and quarterly plans.
    Minimum Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3+ years of work experience in Marketing Technology management
    • 2+ years experience with Agile businesses processes
    • Understanding of end to end digital consumer experience technologies (e.g. Adobe Experience Cloud)
    • Strong verbal and written Collaboration and Communication – Must be able to work cross functionally with Marketing, IT, and Brand Partners.
    • Ability to influence others to achieve work results.
    • Experience and understanding to participate in overall discussions and/or lead finding innovative technology solutions.
    • Must have ability to effectively communicate re: complex topics in writing and verbally.
