Your responsibilities:


  • Operational work in sales
  • Targeted organization of smooth daily operations in the store, including inventory management and staff planning
  • Customer and service orientation as a "host"
  • Supporting and developing employees, as well as motivating them
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, meeting sales and cost targets
  • Taking initiative to continuously improve work processes
  • Actively assisting in the development and implementation of new concepts

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training and initial professional or managerial experience in the food industry, retail, hotel industry, or system/gastronomy
