- Execute job duties under regular supervision while actively seeking opportunities to expand expertise.
- Develop, monitor, and report on treatment objectives for children, collaborating within designated teams.
- Identify and address behavioral differences, participating in the creation and execution of service and behavior management plans.
- Build supportive relationships with youth and families, implementing necessary rules and routines with emotional competence and good judgment.
- Engage youth and families in trust-based relationships, preparing them for transitions and promoting independence and respect within the community.
- High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in the human service field, specifically working with youth.
- OR Associate's degree and 1.5+ years of similar experience in the human service field.
- OR Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience. (Education verification required)
- Valid driver's license and compliance with agency driving standards (DMV verification required).
- 1-2 years of solid work experience in a similar field or related fields working with youth (e.g., Residential treatment centers, OCFS Facilities, security guard experience welcome).
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Competitive starting pay: $15.74 minimum rate per hour to $23.60 maximum rate per hour, based on education and experience.

This is a Full-time position - 40 hours per week, Weekday shifts are from 3:00pm - 11:00pm; while weekends entail shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
