PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:

In the role of client for new construction and modernization projects, you independently manage projects according to AHO from planning to acceptance and handover to property management.
You independently monitor planning and construction processes and have budget responsibility.
With a focus on project goals, you lead and motivate teams of external architects and specialist planners.
You also work closely with our property management and rental department.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction project management (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in managing construction projects, ideally in the housing sector.
You have a solid understanding of technical and contractual regulations as well as construction, planning and zoning
