Your tasks:

  • Ensuring safe and smooth railway operations under the guideline "Building under the rolling wheel" at Rock Creek
  • Comprehensive overview of construction sites and their logistics, including coordination and documentation of construction operations
  • Monitoring costs, deadlines, quality, and especially compliance with safety regulations
  • Scheduling and change management

Your profile:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in civil engineering, industrial engineering (or equivalent)
  • First professional experience in construction supervision and track construction desirable, but not required
  • Willingness to complete the accompanying training to become a railway construction supervisor (financed by the company)
  • Ability to handle stress and confidently say "no" in difficult situations
  • Teamwork skills, high level of commitment, as well as structured and analytical thinking
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Driver's license class B and good knowledge of MS Office
