    About Ace Metrix, an iSpot Company

    Ace Metrix, an iSpot Company, measures the impact of video advertising across TV and digital. We provide the technology, tools and insights that enable advertisers, agencies, and publishers to identify how and why video creative works with viewers. We are a technology company that provides research insight versus a research company that dabbles in technology. This core difference allows us to deliver higher quality metrics with competitive context in near real-time and do it more cost effectively.

    About You

    You are a people-person with work experience and transferable skills in working in a client-facing role. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers and internal cross-functional teams) to service client accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day-to-day maintenance and support.

    • Partner with broader team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
    • Collaborate across the organization, including Data Science, Custom Analytics, Product and Sales, as a customer advocate to ensure resolution and delivery onrequests
    • Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insightsfor customers asneeded
    • Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TVadvertisingoptimizationandresearch
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc clientdeliverables
    • Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively andaccurately
    • Support team requests for presentation and training documentation for client needs Work with operations to upload client creatives fortesting
    • JIRA ticketing and management for a variety of projects Interfacing with client team(s) and agency as applicable Accountsetup
    • User Setup
    • Annual user audit
    • Data analysis for QBRs and larger reporting/analysis
    • Billing routing (as needed)
    • Gainsight and Salesforce maintenance per assigned account including contacts, logging meeting notes etc.
    • Assistance with scheduling large meetings with client/agency teams

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred Knowledge of market research principals preferred but notrequired

    Target cash compensation range: $55,780-66,660 USD Annually

    We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpots equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

    Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

    iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.

    Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
