We are currently seeking a Facility Management Project Manager for our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.


As the Project Manager for Facility Management, you will be the main point of contact for all facility management matters for our locations in Germany and Switzerland.

Working closely with the Senior Construction & Facilities Manager, you will also oversee new construction and renovation projects from conception to final approval.


Your mission will include:

  • Taking primary responsibility for maintenance and upkeep, as well as external contract management, for our locations in Germany and Switzerland.
  • Actively managing timelines and costs for projects by coordinating and overseeing subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Construction & Facilities Manager to plan and execute new construction, renovation, and closure projects.
  • Acting as the liaison between all departments involved in the project and ensuring process and budget compliance.
  • Being willing to travel to ensure smooth onsite project completion.

Your profile should include:

  • A completed technical education or degree in (interior) architecture, building technology, facility management, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in facility management, project management, or construction planning.
  • A customeroriented mindset with a strong focus on service.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best terms for your projects.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills, a team player, and highly organized.
