- Monday-Friday schedule with two admin afternoons per week & shared weekend practice call
- Round on adult inpatient unit in the morning & see outpatients in the afternoon
- Outpatient Appointments: 1 hour for new patients & 20-30 minutes for follow-ups
- Offering a salary guarantee followed by a production-based compensation model
