What You'll Be Doing:
Our TorqInsights practice is seeking a skilled and experienced Dell Boomi Developer to join our growing practice As a Dell Boomi developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions using Dell Boomi. Your passion, knowledge and confidence will fuel a powerful experience that drives meaningful impact for our clients. Below are some of the key things you'll need to excel in:

Develop customized solutions using DELL BOOMI to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Develop and maintain Boomi processes, APIs, and connectors for various systems and applications.
Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal performance.
Create comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Dell Boomi integration solutions.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, where the candidate will be required to work 2-3 days in the office each week.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in developing customized solutions using DELL BOOMI to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
3+ years of experience developing data extraction, transformation, and data analysis solutions.
Strong business communication acumen.
Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus)

Certification in Dell Boomi is a plus.
Experience with or in building Data Lakes, Data Warehouse in a hybrid environment (Cloud/On-Premises).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS (Lambdas, S3, step functions, SNS, SQS).

The salary range for this position considers multiple factors influencing compensation decisions, such as skillset, previous experience, certifications, and various business & organizational requirements. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances. Currently, the base salary range is estimated to be between $80,000 and $130,000.
