About us:

The Burkardus Residential Park in Bad Kissingen is a high-end senior living facility with around 160 residents in 144 apartments in the assisted living category.

Our tenants can choose from a comprehensive range of optional services (meal provision, housekeeping services, etc.) according to their needs or preferences.

Our facility has its own home care service, exclusively for the residents of our residential complex, as well as a separate full-time care area with 49 single rooms.

We operate a restaurant for our residents, which is also open to external guests. Our homemade cakes and pastries are particularly popular during the afternoon café hours. Public events (for residents and external guests alike), such as the monthly open jazz stage, regular dance cafés, concerts, or the annual wine festival, complete our offerings.

Around 110 employees take care of our residents and guests in various areas of the facility.
