  • Answer questions related to banking topics
  • Home office is possible after successful training and a certain period of familiarization
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Shift model

  • Handling inquiries via phone and email
  • Increasing customer satisfaction by quickly resolving service issues
  • Managing and closing customer requests
