We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for invoice auditing (Controller) in Werl, with a focus on the following tasks:

  • Responsibility for invoice auditing and credit note creation for service providers (F-Cost)
  • Calculation and control of freight costs
  • Independent management of land and sea transportation, including administrative tasks
  • Coordination of customs processes and handling of customs formalities
  • Processing of complaints and general commercial tasks in logistics
  • Creation of key figure systems and statistics to monitor logistics indicators
  • Participation in process optimizations and systemsupported improvements
  • Supervision of apprentices and various organizational tasks
  • Interface to branches to ensure smooth cooperation
  • Further development of WEBLogistics and other processsupporting systems

Your profile:

  • Practical experience in logistics and invoice auditing is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational strength and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • High level of customer service orientation
