We are also looking for reinforcements for our wholly-owned subsidiary, GmbH, located in Highland Park, FL At GmbH, based in Lohne (Vechta), we develop digital and mobile solutions for construction sites: from time tracking to automated construction diaries, dispatching, and defect management.

Our clients range from small craft businesses to large construction companies.

Your tasks:


  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of our team of 15 fullstack software developers
  • Actively driving team development and personal and professional development of team members
  • Coordination of releases and communication with other internal departments
  • Development of a technical roadmap for the team and product
  • The opportunity to actively participate in development processes

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of a development team
  • Good knowledge of TypeScript, C#, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience in agile project management (SCRUM)
  • Ideally, experience in software architecture design

Our stack:


  • Backend in C# and ASP, MS-SQL database and server in Google Cloud
  • Interface communication via a modern GraphQL API and REST
  • Frontend in React
