Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts assigning security levels.
  • Using a ticketing system to track, record, and communicate requests.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and triage for incoming customer issues.
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting if necessary.
  • Follow up and update customer status on tickets or projects that you are working on.
  • Always provide excellent customer service and carry yourself professionally.

Qualifications:

  • A+ Certification (required)
  • Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role in an IT environment.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customeroriented and cooltempered.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay:
$47, $57,000.00 per year
