Job Overview:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts assigning security levels.
- Using a ticketing system to track, record, and communicate requests.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and triage for incoming customer issues.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting if necessary.
- Follow up and update customer status on tickets or projects that you are working on.
- Always provide excellent customer service and carry yourself professionally.
Qualifications:
- A+ Certification (required)
- Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role in an IT environment.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customeroriented and cooltempered.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay:
$47, $57,000.00 per year
