    Job Overview:

    Our company is a leading facility dedicated to providing top-quality treatment for individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorders. With a strong history in the field since 1999, we currently manage a network of over 80 programs across 8 states, offering a comprehensive range of behavioral health services for those facing substance abuse, mental health challenges, and various behavioral issues.     Compensation: Competitive salary range of $61,000 to $70,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience) along with FREE LICENSURE SUPERVISION

    Additional Benefits for Full-Time Employees:
    - Generous $5,000.00 sign-on bonus

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assessment of clients' behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
    • Conducting various clinical services such as individual and family sessions, therapy groups, and liaising with external providers
    • Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring timely documentation
    • Supporting utilization review processes and contributing to aftercare planning
    • Participating in on-call duties as per program requirements
    • Creating and upholding a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention
    • Performing other assigned duties as necessary
    Qualifications:
    • Licensure: Required LPC, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, CSAC, or equivalent
    • Master's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
