Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the efforts of SAP Training team to design, develop, engineer and implement educational solutions to SAP requirements.
  • Gather and organize technical information about the organization's mission goals and needs, existing SAP Training Team products, and ongoing programs in the SAP arena
  • Provide the planning, coordination, and implementation of the organization's SAP training and performance improvement efforts.
  • Obtain all the required information to support the course enrollment process
  • Function in a lead role to maintain primary responsibility for ensuring the delivery of training programs in an expert manner and facilitates programs outside of assigned curricula to support team members and shifting business needs.
  • Assess user needs for training and capability building.
  • Align training with the programs strategic goals.
  • Create a training strategy and delivery plan.
  • Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources and existing content.
  • Oversee the creation of learning modules and other educational materials for users.
  • Review training materials from training developers ensuring appropriate content.
  • Facilitate enduser training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Competency in Instructional design
  • Strong training presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Selfstarter capable of working independently
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working effectively as part of a small team and large program
  • Experience leading SAP training programs and/or large ERM training programs

Eligibility

  • 10+ plus years of experience in SAP Training programs
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Excellent language command
  • Must have a highly developed sense of time urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
