A leading Am Law 200 firm is in search of a talented mid-level associate to join its structured finance practice in either the Los Angeles office or the New York office.
- Strong deal experience within a law firm, specifically focused on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financial structures.
- A wellrounded background with experience across diverse asset types and structures (preferred, but not mandatory).
Pay:
Up to $365,000.00 per year
