- Serve as the lead point of contact for our customers
- Develop expansion strategies consistent with the customer's business objectives
- Effectively communicate the strategic value of our software and services
- Develop and present quarterly business reviews to larger clients
- Bring relevant resources from the company to address customer issues on technology, billing, compliance, and business solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Account Management
- SaaS experience preferred
- Ability to develop creative solutions for uncommon objectives
- Ability to stay cool and professional under pressure with customers
- Track record of working both independently and with a team
- Monday to Friday
- Remote option available if outside area
- All employees are currently working remotely with a future plan for hybrid commuting.

Trumpia is a pioneer in the SMS Automation industry. Trumpia offers a collection of enduser tools, API's, and automated workflow customizer called Workbench. It allows users to collect contacts, send targeted messages, and build sophisticated cloud communications workflows without any coding. Our software is used by SMBs & Fortune 500s alike to improve engagement with their customers, members, employees, and other contacts.
What We're Looking For
The Account Management team acts as a trusted advisor to our customers, and are responsible for ensuring their success with our software. Your duties will include building and maintaining strong relationships, helping customers achieve their business goals and realize an impressive ROI. The end goal is to increase value, retention, customer satisfaction and ultimately revenue through expanded use of the Trumpia platform.
