We are looking for you to join our team at the 3PL-operated logistics center in Essen. The Business Coaches team supports and guides DSP business owners in building and expanding successful last-mile delivery companies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with 3PL to coordinate business in Europe
  • Partnership with OTR security and regional managers to ensure business safety compliance
  • Global communication with partners and service providers
  • Supporting owners in entering the program
  • Coaching business owners (SLS Metric Deep Dive)
  • Coaching and ensuring effective training and use of tools
  • Responsible for the relationship between our client and DSP partners
  • Solution-oriented approach with an agile mindset
  • Analysis of reports and evaluations to derive actions
  • Improving driver standards

Your profile:

  • Degree, training or several years of experience in logistics
  • Analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and German, both
