    Job Title: Credit Analyst II

    Location: Stoughton, MA

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Remote Work: 2 days per week

    firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst II to join a large biotech client of hours south of the city. The Credit Analyst II will play a crucial role in assessing and managing credit risk for the company's diverse portfolio of customers and partners. Reporting to the Credit Manager, the successful candidate will utilize their analytical expertise to evaluate creditworthiness, monitor credit exposure, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assess creditworthiness of customers.
    2. Collaborate with teams to negotiate credit terms.
    3. Monitor accounts and address delinquencies.
    4. Develop and maintain credit policies.
    5. Prepare reports for management.
    6. Assist in credit risk modeling.
    7. Provide guidance on credit matters.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
    9. Streamline credit processes and systems.
    10. Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
    2. 1-2 years of credit analysis or finance experience.
    3. Strong financial analysis skills.
    4. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
    5. Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
