Founded in 37 fields, with 6,600 employees and 160 professions, located in the heart of Munich, we are currently seeking an IT System Electronics Technician (m/f/d) for full-time and part-time positions in our Technical Operations and Construction department.

Your responsibilities will include maintenance and upkeep of complex telecommunications systems (such as TK systems, SIP servers, and IP-DECT systems), as well as safety-related systems (such as fire alarm and personal paging systems).

You will also be responsible for completing internal work orders, monitoring and directing external service providers, and participating in on-call duty.


Our ideal candidate will have a completed electrical engineering apprenticeship as an IT System Electronics Technician, Communication Electronics Technician, Telecommunications Installer, or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in customer service and telecommunications maintenance is preferred, as well as knowledge of VDE regulations (0100 and 0800) and safety regulations BGV A3.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a team player, and highly dedicated to their work. A confident and professional demeanor, as well as proficiency in networking and MS Office, are also required. Good German language skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
