Your tasks

  • Conduct cross-functional initiatives with departments such as purchasing, supply chain management, warehouse, customer fulfillment management, and IT (SAP)
  • Analyze and optimize cross-departmental processes through interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ideate, conceptualize, and implement target processes with a "lean mindset"
  • Support departments in defining technical requirements through goal-oriented project management
  • Analyze problems and their root causes to identify areas for improvement and evaluate concepts using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Develop decision templates for management
  • Continuously monitor key project metrics and proactively define corrective measures to ensure the success of your projects

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in project management in a strategy consulting firm or eCommerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of methods for process analysis and optimization (e.g. lean management, agile management methods)
  • Hands-on mentality, reliability, assertiveness, and strong analytical and social skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Tableau/BI knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, reliability, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English
