Residential Assistant Manager assist in the overall responsibility for 24-hour staffed group apartment building.

Assist in the supervision of direct care staff, implement client treatment plans, participate in on-call rotation, oversee clinical documentation and the utilization of an Electronic Health Record system; serve as a liaison to external providers and the community at-large.


Requirements:


  • Minimum two years' experience with the population.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and must be proficient in use of computers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Reliable automobile and valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to work some flexible weekend and evening hours.

Schedule
Flex shift of 2pm-10pm, with one weekend day


Salary
$46,000 annually
