Position Summary:

The Qosina Customer Service Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for customers.

This role is responsible for validating, delegating and prioritizing incoming customer requests, as well as monitoring and maintaining the data in our systems.


Responsibilities:


  • Professionally answer incoming phone calls and identify the needs of the caller to transfer accordingly
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager and Team Leader to manage the Customer Service team's workloads
  • Manage and validate new customers from the ecommerce platform
  • Communicate with customers to learn more about their use of Qosina products, request additional information, or to deny their request
  • Research, validate and assign new customer opportunities in the CRM system
  • Monitor and maintain the data integrity of all customer records, including resolving duplicate records

Education/Technical Certifications:


  • N/A

Experience:


  • 2 years' work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread
  • Experience with data entry and computer software preferred
