The Village at Sugar Land Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating meaningful connections and providing support that directly contributes to the growth and success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events, including open houses, community tours, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring all client information is accurate and uptodate.
  • Produce marketing materials and presentations as needed to support sales efforts.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about our services and facilities to prospective residents and their families.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional literature and other salesrelated materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for prospects from initial contact through movein.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

A compassionate approach and a deep understanding of the needs of seniors and their families.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
