    Maintenance, Landscaping, and Construction - Responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness important for a safe, visually appealing environment.

    Duties include keeping walkways and group areas clean, emptying trash cans and keeping planters and grass areas mowed and free of weeds and debris.

    Other duties may include set-up for special events, landscaping and small construction jobs. These outdoor positions require continuous walking, bending, stooping, lifting, moving and a tolerance for sun.

    Pay based on experience.
