RESPONSILIBILITIES

• The RENTALS ASSOCIATE assists in the smooth operation of the Rentals department
• These duties are assisting guests with cabana rentals
• You will be responsible for directing them to rented cabana locations, assisting them with tube and locker rentals if needed
• Also providing great customer service to our guests for any other needs they may have pertaining to their visit with us on this day
• Interact with park guests
• Be knowledgeable about the park and what it has to offer
• Assist guests to cabana locations
• Provide information to guest about park amenities
• Provide guests their rented Single and/or Double person tubes
• Assist rentals staff with collection and storage of rental tubes which will be located all throughout the park at the end of each business day
• Ensure all tubes are maintained and ready for guest use
• Meaning proper inflation, checking for leaks, and repairing leaks as needed
• Working environment is outdoors
• Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of heat during park schedule May to September
• Light housekeeping of rental cabanas as needed and at end of each day

Pay based on experience.
