Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and accommodations
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and phone systems
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
