  • Project management of regional construction and maintenance projects through all HOAI performance phases
  • With commitment, you take on the planning, supervision, control, acceptance, and billing of construction projects in our markets.
  • Professional leadership and guidance of external architects, planners, and subcontractors in the project team
  • Independent creation of cost estimates and feasibility studies
  • Subcontractor offers are obtained and evaluated independently by you.
  • Control of deadlines, costs, and quality
  • Technical and economic organization of projects
  • Professional monitoring and documentation of the construction process and progress
  • Collaboration and coordination of all internal and external project participants
