    Under the direction of the Fair Lending ManagerDevelop written assessment of fair lending performance for branches and other bank business lines through comprehensive data analysis and reviewAct as a resource for bank employee questions regarding fair lending procedure and regulationAssist with fair lending training activitiesAssist in updating loan compliance procedures manualAssist with the analysis of newly effective or revised state and federal regulationsAssist with other job related duties and special projects as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

    REQUIREMENTSStrong familiarity with loan compliance requirements as well as loan documentationProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applicationsAnalytical skills necessary to gather, review, and assess data, develop and support conclusions, and make practical recommendationsMust demonstrate a business professional image and demeanorWork well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasksOutstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbalProvide consultative guidanceExcellent organizational skillsAbility to self-directDemonstrated good attendance and punctualityPREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSA bachelors degree is preferred, although consideration may be given to those with equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of lending laws and regulations and bank lending operations is preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSConstant use of computer screensAbility to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hearIntermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouchingAbility to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workdayLong periods of typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 poundsHometown service, statewide strength.
