    Job Description

    1. Provide primary and specialty healthcare services to patients in a clinical setting.

    2. Diagnose acute illnesses, injuries and other medical conditions.

    3. Order laboratory tests, images studies and other diagnostic test.

    4. Prescribe medications as needed.

    5. Basic Women's health (Pap Smear, breast exams, STI, UTI).

    6. Monitor patient progress and response to treatment plans.

    7. Counsel patients on preventative health care measures.

    8. Educate patients on health maintenance issues.

    9. Follow up with patients after discharge from the facility.

    10. Document all patients encounters in accordance with established guidelines.

    Requirements:

    1. Current State Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP).

    2. Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
