The Regional Compliance Officer (RCO), Health Facilities Construction (HFC), serves as the supervisor responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of a multi-disciplinary team of staff in the performance of field review and construction observation of health care facility construction projects and supports activities to ensure compliance with Title 24, California Code of Regulations, consistency of interpretations, appropriate level of reviews/observations and timely responses to clients' needs.

Working Conditions
The Department of Statewide Hospital Planning and Development's Los Angeles Office is located in a state-of-the-art facility within the Wells Fargo Center in the Bunker Hill area of downtown Los Angeles. There is direct access to all major freeways, public transportation and shuttle service to nearby parking destinations. The building offers several amenities such as valet parking, electric vehicle charging stations, banking center, newsstand, car wash, shoe shine, dry cleaners and concierge services. The building is adjacent to restaurants, hotels, shopping, entertainment and cultural venues.

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment.
