Your tasks

  • Research on current sustainable building materials and substances, as well as their applicability, use, and disposal
  • Creation of performance specifications
  • Determination of materials to be used in collaboration with architects and civil engineers
  • Tendering, contract negotiations, and award procedures
  • Coordination of construction schedule
  • Site visits and documentation within the scope of planning and construction management
  • Preparation and request of documents (plans, studies, etc.)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical studies in the field of energy-efficient construction, sustainable construction, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience desirable - relevant internships and work-study experience
  • Experience in sustainable construction, DGNB, ecological building materials and their use
  • Proficient in MS Office - especially Excel
  • Communication skills, teamwork, independence, and a reliable work style round off your profile
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
