***The Employee Relations Specialist role is responsible for supporting the ER Department in reviewing sensitive complaints, planning training initiatives on communication & mitigating risk, conducting and communicating with employees a fair and impartial investigation into alleged misconduct in designated business units across multiple states. The Employee Relations Specialist is a neutral fact finder that conducts investigations in a thoughtful, thorough and objective manner. At the conclusion of the investigation, the Employee Relations Specialist will update Ethics Suite with the written summary disposition and any additional notes or communication outcomes from critical parties involved and/or leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education /Background:

Sound judgment, a commitment to compliance and confidentiality, superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail are essential functions of the Employee Relations Specialist position. Must be Bilingual English/Spanish. Travel % may be required.
