About the Role:


What you'll do:


  • Develop and maintain the creative vision for our ecommerce platforms, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand's guidelines and is consistent with the overall brand aesthetic
  • Oversee the production and execution of all visual assets (on figure, stills), ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage ecommerce photoshoot schedule and calendar, communicating all requirements, deliverables, and needs to stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage all retouching needs for imagery as well as delivery of assets adhering to strict deadlines
  • Supervise preand postproduction work for all imagery, as well as asset management
  • Consistent quality control of ecommerce content as well as monitoring and coordinating reshoots, updating core or outdated images and consistently monitoring model usage rights
  • Develop ecommerce guidelines for both onfigure and product photography
  • Aid in introducing new ecommerce initiatives with Video.
  • Manage weekly website content refreshes, seasonal landing page visuals and more
  • Work closely with the merchandising team on creating a formal style guide for Rhone Product as well as ensuring product benefits, usecases and styling are coming across to the customer
  • Partner with copy and graphic designers to ensure all creative is aligned with a brandconsistent message
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in fashion, technology, and ecommerce to ensure that our creative approach remains relevant and competitive
  • Be a project manager for special creative endeavors
  • Post production support where needed for the creative team

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, high volume environment Strong portfolio demonstrating your digital work Extensive knowledge of channel best practices Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail and able to manage multiple projects at once Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
