Description

Jericho is looking for a skilled and experienced Brenner and/or Destillateur/Destillateur-Meister (m/w/d) to join our team.

As a Brenner and/or Destillateur/Destillateur-Meister, you will be responsible for producing high-quality alcoholic beverages according to specified recipes, conducting quality control, developing new products, and bottling spirits and liqueurs.

You will also be responsible for producing Weizenfeindestillat from wheat and managing all related tasks. In addition, you will work closely with the operations manager to plan and organize production processes.

This role also involves sensory and physical quality assurance of our distillates, raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, as well as working in our ERP system.

You will also provide support in the areas of quality assurance and occupational safety.

To be successful in this role, you should have a successful professional qualification as a Brenner or Destillateur (m/w/d) or similar, as well as proficiency in common MS Office applications.

You should also be highly motivated, dedicated, and physically fit. Strong communication skills, initiative, and a proactive work style are also important qualities for this role.
