At Faxon, OK, education and service for our students and customers is our top priority. We set new standards for the entire education industry through our high standards for the quality of our offerings.

We are currently seeking additional employees (m/f/d) for our telephone and written customer service.


With comprehensive training, this position is also suitable for career changers, call center employees, and those with experience in the hospitality industry, among others.

We are looking for additional support for our customer service team (Mission Control Team) as soon as possible.

Ideally, you have previous experience as a customer service representative, call center agent, customer service agent, or customer support specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Do you enjoy interacting with customers over the phone or via email?
  • Do you thrive in a varied role?
  • Then join us as a customer service representative and be the first point of contact for our customers and young students.
  • Help our young customers (students) with questions about their online bookings and gather missing information to provide competent answers.
  • As an employee, you will handle inquiries from our customers via email and phone.
