YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Commissioning, configuration, monitoring, measurement, and troubleshooting of SDH, DSL, Ethernet, and other transmission systems
  • Knowledge in the field of telephony (VoIP & SIP) is desirable
  • Experience in planning and implementing projects
  • Network and project documentation
  • Telephone customer support including managing the hotline and resolving issues
  • Participation in rotating on-call duty

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed training as an IT system electronics technician / IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong service orientation
  • Technical understanding, independent and customer-oriented work style, and good organizational skills
  • Class B driver's license
