• Must have Master's degree and an Illinois Principal Certificate, or be willing to start a program towards getting such certification.
• Must be a thoughtful leader who can inspire, lead with zeal, and work effectively with faculty and staff; able to challenge all to higher levels of achievement.
• Must be a thoughtful instructional leader who understands the principles of effective teaching and learning and can help strengthen studentcentered learning environments.
• Must value and help strengthen school's relationships with board, parents/families, parish, and community partners.
• Must have excellent listening, written, and verbal language skills.
• Must value and support a vibrant extracurricular program.
• Must demonstrate good management and organizational skills.
• Practicing Catholic preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
