Position Summary:
The Director of HR and Talent Development assumes a pivotal position within the HR department. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including offering strategic direction and leadership to the organization concerning HR policies, employee relations, engagement, retention strategies, compensation frameworks, and the establishment of effective workforce training programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to formulate strategies focusing on employee performance management and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in collaboratively defining robust talent development initiatives, the ability to spot trends and propose enhancements, and a strong drive to make a substantial positive influence.
