Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with program management to define approaches to problems
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions using cuttingedge technologies.
  • Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.
D. with at least 10 years experience

  • Ability and knowledge to combine advanced mathematical and engineering methods and ideas with the latest hardware architectures and software methodologies to solve complex problems and reduce them to automated solutions
  • Significant expertise in two or more of the following disciplines: systems engineering, database design & architectures, software engineering & architectures, C++ programming, Java programming.
  • US Citizen
  • Active security clearance
  • Indepth knowledge of at least two portions of the Minotaur codebase
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in leading software development projects is a plus
