Description
Onsite desktop support specialist. This will be supporting the manufacturing plant computers.


This person cannot just have experience in office setting, must have IT experience in a manufacturing setting where equipment is connected to the network.

The person must understand how to troubleshoot a computer, understand network connectivity, understanding of account management

The group images computers, configures GPO, deletes profiles, manage windows OS.

Day to day:
Support request and incidents that come from employees. A computer can be broken, not connecting to the network, software needs to be installed, etc.


Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour
