The Novalis Diakonie is made up of a registered association and a non-profit GmbH, which are active in the fields of elderly and healthcare, integration assistance, child and youth welfare, and refugee work.

They employ approximately 500 employees in the Kyffhäuser district and surrounding regions.

Our team of social pedagogical family assistance (SPFH) is looking for:


Social pedagogues, educational scientists, state-recognized educators
with a part-time or full-time employment at our location in Bad Frankenhausen.


Your main tasks:

  • You will be employed in social pedagogical family assistance according to § 27/31 SGB VIII.
  • You will face everyday challenges together with families, children, and youth.
  • Together with parents and children, you will develop solutions and goals.
  • You will keep the strengths and abilities of each family member in mind and support the children and youth in their development.
  • You will work closely with responsible authorities and other cooperation partners.

Your profile:

  • We are looking for educators (m/f/d) with state recognition and further education in social pedagogy, social pedagogues, educational scientists, or a completed degree in social work.
  • You have a sense of responsibility, can work independently, and have organizational skills.
  • You have a resourceoriented approach with a systemic approach.
  • Additionally, you have a high level of empathy, diligence, reliability, and responsibility.
